I don't think my child is developing correctly - where do I go?
Call your doctor or your county's health department and tell them your concern. In order for your child to receive services from us they need to be evaluated. Once an evaluation is done, a plan will be made to meet your child's special needs. How can I sign up to receive services from you?
Once your child is evaluated, if they qualify or are eligible the county or school district will inform you of the options and providers available for your child. If you suspect you or someone you love might have a special need but there has been no evaluation yet, please contact us. We can help with information and referral. How do I contact you?

Are there fees associated with the Centers services and/or programs?
No, if you or your child or loved one has been identified with a special need then services are available to you through insurance and state funding.The exception to this rule is our audiology clinic and daycare programs at which you are financially responsible. Copays may apply for insurance. You can email us at info@rackercenters.org to get more detailed information on the area(s) you have questions about, or call 607.272.5891 and indicate the service(s) you are interested in and you will be directed to the person who can best assist you.
