Audiology Clinic
Franziska Racker Centers Audiology Clinic is open to the public and serves the general population from infants to adults. We are recognized by New York State as a Speech and Hearing Specialty Center. We are an approved evaluator for area early intervention, preschool, and school-age programs, with services provided through the Early Intervention Program, the Committee on Preschool Special Education and the Committee on Special Education. Racker Centers is an Article 28 Clinic. We serve those individuals that are Medicaid eligible as well as those individuals using private insurance or paying privately for services.
Early Childhood - Racker Centers is an approved evaluator through the County Health Department to provide early intervention evaluations for hearing. 
School Age - Racker Centers provides educational audiology services to the area school districts (Ithaca, Trumansburg, South Seneca, Groton, Dryden, Lansing and Newfield). Dr. Monica M. Brace Au.D Doctor of Audiology, sets up, monitors, and services equipment for children from preschool to high school with hearing loss or Auditory Processing Disorders, which allows them to gain better access to the auditory information presented in the classroom. In-service support is provided for the teachers and students on the benefit of utilizing this equipment for the students.
Adult - Adults can be seen at the clinical offices located at the Sigworks building for hearing evaluations and services. The Audiology clinic offers comprehensive professional services including evaluation testing, hearing aid sales, cleaning and repairs. Hearing aid purchases include an optional service to provide your batteries, cleaning and adjustments as needed. Dr. Monica Brace, AuD, FAAA, is a New York Licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser.
